- Porosity free castings and high quality surface finish
- Tight tolerances and large batch volumes
- Ability to produce as diecastings to avoid the need to machine
Outcome
The production of a versatile product that looks good and is capable of supporting the required loads. Because the product – the Angel – is being produced for Gripple as a hot chamber diecasting, the need for machining solutions has been eradicated. The weight of the product has also been reduced and millions are now in use around the world.
