Half-day short course for those new to the role of safety representative, includes observations and case study exercises.
Behavioural Change on the Shop Floor
Half-day programme for shop floor foundry employees and supervisors, aimed at encouraging good housekeeping in foundries to improve productivity, reduce costs and for safety gains.
Senior Executives – Changing Behaviours, Your Responsibilities
Full-day programme on the H&S responsibilities of Senior Executives: how does the law apply, basic H&S law, leading from the top and good safety management for business benefit.
Senior Executives and Directors Health and Safety
Full-day programme on the H&S responsibilities of Directors and Senior leaders: how does the law apply, sentencing guidelines, leading from the top and go safety management. Charges apply, price and details on application.
Mental Health and Stress
Half-day awareness programme for employees of all levels aimed at creating an understanding of mental health and the effects that workplace stress can have on individuals, productivity, costs and safety.
Most courses can be delivered on site, at your premises.
CMF Member companies are able to access one of the above course for free* for up to 16 trainees per session, per annum.
