Offering continuous industrial emissions monitoring, CEM Solutions (UK) Ltd, who incorporated in 2012, have now joined the Cast Metals Federation.
With over 10 years’ experience in the industry and an ever-growing customer base throughout the UK, the company offers products and services covering all aspects of monitoring emissions to air and associated process control, from continuous indicative dust monitoring systems to installation of containerised duty & standby CEMS systems on large scale Incineration plants.
The company’s MD and founder, Mike Lloyd, says, “Having worked in the emissions industry for many years, we recognise the need for providing systems and solutions for emissions monitoring to enable our customers, which include foundries, to achieve and maintain compliance. Our service support ranges from annual calibration visits to monthly/quarterly contracts, with 24-hour call-out support on site. It is a source of much pride that we have positive and long-standing relationships with many of these customers and we look forward to growing new relationships with CMF and its foundry members.”
CMF’s CEO, Pam Murrell FICME agrees, saying “We are delighted to welcome CEM Solutions into membership. Our foundries have a clear interest in environmental monitoring and it’s important that they are able to ensure they have appropriate controls in place, given the clear focus from the HSE on dust and fume. Our trusted industry suppliers have a really valuable role to play, not just in supplying engineered solutions, but also in helping to share best practice and support, and I am sure that Mike, James and the team at CEM Solutions will be a great support – we look forward to working with them.
