The Cast Metals Federation (CMF) has formed a strategic partnership with Tunley Environmental to strengthen and support sustainability and environmental compliance capability across the UK cast metals sector.

As manufacturers face increasing pressure around carbon reporting, environmental transparency and evolving UK and EU regulation, the partnership gives CMF members greater access to science-led technical expertise and practical support.

Tunley Environmental provides robust environmental sustainability assessments to help organisations measure, manage and reduce their impact across carbon, biodiversity, water and compliance supporting credible and verified sustainability claims.

Services available to CMF members through the partnership include CBAM compliance, business and product carbon assessments, Environmental Product Declarations, net zero strategies, life cycle assessments and green claims compliance. As part of the agreement, Tunley will offer CMF members an exclusive discounted rate across its services.

Support can be delivered as full consultancy projects or through hands-on training and CPD-accredited learning.

The partnership will also include dedicated webinars, training sessions and technical input at CMF events, helping to build capability across the sector.
