Valan Wax Products Ltd is Paramelt’s centre for local wax recycling services to the UK investment casting industry and Europe-wide for extruded parts. This newly established, centrally located site in Redditch, just South of Birmingham has two major activities:
- Reclaim wax: We reclaim your used wax into high quality runner and reconstituted waxes and produce virgin technical waxes. We supply material in liquid bulk, pastilles and billets.
- Runner systems and extruded bar: We inject your runner wax into “ready to use” runner wax systems including pouring cups and filters if needed. You only need to attach the pattern wax models. This approach can offer significant gains in cost, quality and consistency.
As part of the Paramelt group we can offer you a wide range of pattern, reconstituted, reclaim, soluble, extrusions and specialty waxes like stick tights, dip seal and patch waxes.
