Incorporated in 2012, CEM Solutions (UK) provide systems and a range of services as well as straightforward technical advice to meet our customers’ emissions monitoring needs.

Having worked in the emissions industry for many years, the company’s founder Mike Lloyd recognised the need for presenting system and service solutions for emissions monitoring based on client’s precise and specific needs and following that up with an ongoing dedicated and robust service plan.

CEM Solutions (UK) Ltd. has over 10 years experience in the industry and has an ever-growing customer base throughout the UK. It is a source of much pride that we have positive and long-standing relationships with many of these customers.

What services do we provide?

We install and commission bespoke turnkey systems – fully containerised or built in-house to precise specifications.

We have seen the best and the worst in the industry – and had to provide service support to both!

When recommending replacement systems we only put forward what we consider to be the best possible analysers and equipment. This is most often MCERT certified products from the Dr. Foedisch range of analysers and instruments – class-leading innovative technology which is both user friendly and low maintenance. However, we also supply systems incorporating the Siemens Ultramat 23 analyser, install Durag dust probes and Emerson oxygen analysers. Whatever solution is best-placed for our client’s needs is the one we recommend.

We service a variety of different manufacturers’ equipment on industrial processes which vary in size from small foundries through to large waste incineration plants. Our customer focussed service support ranges from annual calibration visits to monthly/quarterly contracts with 24-hour call-out support on site.
