CMF is pleased to announce a new Foundry member for the Federation.

Thurton Foundries is a family owned and managed business, specialising in the manufacture of engineered components in cast iron, steels and non-ferrous alloys, for a range of applications including the oil & gas sector, renewables /environmental, pumps, power generation, motor sport and marine.

The company, now in its 56th year, prides itself on a flexible approach to sales and customer support, through to component design and offers reverse engineering & pattern making facilities. Whether it’s a producing a one-off part or a production batch, through to machining and finishing, the company has a reputation for good, cost effective quality, consistent to BS & ASTM specifications, and supported by ISO 9001:2015 quality management accreditation.
