Vanguard Foundry produces technically challenging, high integrity castings in low to medium volumes (max 5,000 pieces per year). We cast the full range of ductile irons, including 420/12, 500/7, SiMo, SiMo 5.1, D5S, D2 and Austempered Ductile Iron, ADI. In addition, we produce GJV (Vermicular or Compacted Iron) and Stainless Steel.
We offer short lead times on regular running parts and specialise in the production of rapid prototypes utilising state of the art printing technology for the production of sand moulds and cores if required.
