Our aluminium casting technology is comprehensive and includes CAD CAM, Traditional and CNC Pattern Making, Rapid Prototyping; Including 3D Sand Printing, Design for Manufacture Support, High Precision Sand Casting, Gravity Die-Casting, Fettling, CNC Machining, extensive Inspection Facilities both dimensional and physical, Non Destructive Testing, Laser Scanning, Final Finishing, Pressure Testing, Wet and Powder Painting, Stock Holding Services and Assembled Product.
Cast weights range from a few grams to over 300 kilograms with minimal draft angles and wall sections down to 2.5mm, locally.
