Goodwin Steel Castings Ltd. has been a supplier of machined castings for nearly 130 years. The foundry, with 200 employees, is supported by its sister company, Goodwin International Ltd., located 5km away which carries out machining, fabrication and assembly work on the castings produced by the foundry. The Goodwin machine shop employs some 300 people in its modern CNC machining facility.
Goodwin have skill and ability in supplying large machined castings from 200kg to 18,000kg, fabricated castings to 30,000kg and assemblies up to 100,000kg in materials from carbon steel all the way through to super nickel alloys such as Inconel type 625.
