Alucast Ltd produce high quality aluminium castings utilizing the sand, gravity, low pressure or high pressure diecasting process.
Castings are supplied either fully machined from our own machine shop (with optional surface finishes) or as cast if required. We also have on-site heat treatment and shot blast facilities.
Alucast Ltd are a TS 16949 accredited company who specialize in complex and technically challenging aluminium castings. We have a large technical capability on site including Magma solidification simulation soft wear to ensure a right first time ability plus a large laboratory facility to ensure correct quality is maintained including metal analysis, real time x-ray, tensile testing,etc.
