The Cast Metals Federation (CMF) is delighted to welcome StoneX Metals Limited as a new member.  

Based in West Bromwich, StoneX Metals is one of the UK’s leading recyclers, processors and refiners specialising in the recovery of silver and trace amounts of other precious metals from a wide range of industrial waste streams. 

Part of the global StoneX Group, the company provides sustainable and efficient silver recovery solutions that combine traditional metallurgical expertise with rigorous environmental responsibility.  

Using advanced pyrometallurgical smelting and refining techniques, StoneX Metals is able to recover silver from diverse materials including photographic and x-ray films, industrial catalysts, sludges, sweeps, residues, inks, electronic waste and more.

The company’s advanced monitoring and abatement systems ensure compliance with all environmental permits while maintaining efficient and responsible operations.
