The Creasey Castings Ltd produce precision components in sand in a range of aluminium and magnesium alloys for the world’s motorsport, classic & historic, motorcycle, energy and general engineering markets.

SERVICES INCLUDE:

Pattern equipment manufactured direct from CAD data, 2D drawings or by reverse engineering/scanning of original components.

Castings manufactured from fully engineered tooling or hand mould pattern equipment.

NDT of all castings incorporating chemical and mechanical analysis, Penetrant flaw detection and x-ray examination.

Machining of magnesium and aluminium castings from low volume to batch supply.

Suppliers to the Autosport industry from formula one and Indycar through to historic and clubman racing of critical engine components and auxiliary parts, gearbox and suspension housings, wheels and steering components.

GOM scanning available upon request.

Full metal solidification software utilised on pre-production castings.

Full tensile test facility on-site.
