07 Nov Specialist Wax Manufacturer, Precizioned, Joins the Cast Metals Federation

Precizioned Ltd has become the latest supplier to join the Cast Metal Federation.  The company produces specialist waxes for a wide range of end use applications in the casting, rapid prototyping, jewellery, and artisan industries. The company also specialises in formulating and developing particular products to meet customer requirements.

As Mark Hattersley, European Operations Manager, explains, “Precizioned was set up to meet the demands of an ever-changing casting materials market. We strive to exceed our customers’ expectations in quality, delivery, and cost through continuous improvement and customer interaction. Our state-of-the-art laboratory and manufacturing facility allows us the freedom to develop materials that suit the requirements of our customers, rather than trying to fit our customers’ needs into an existing product. Our team of dedicated engineers work with our clients to find solutions.

“We are delighted to be accepted in membership of the CMF.  It’s a time of great opportunity but also challenge for the industry and we look forward to playing an active role in the organisation going forward.”

Pam Murrell agrees saying, “The investment casting industry is an important sector in the UK with a significant role to play in making many of the precision engineered components that we rely on in modern life.  We welcome the input of all the suppliers to the industry – they are key to the continued development of the industry and also provide us with insights to international trends that our members need to be aware of.  We look forward to meeting Mark and his colleagues at future CMF events.”
