22 Jun New Vice-chair for Cast Metals Federation

The Cast Metals Federation, CMF, are pleased to announce that Steve Goodier, Group Technical Director of Tritech Group, has been appointed as our Vice-chair of Council.

In welcoming Steve’s appointment Pam Murrell, CMF CEO said, “Steve brings a wealth of experience to this voluntary role, having been in the sand castings sector for over 16 years prior to joining investment casting specialists Tritech Group in 1999.  He has taken an active role within our Council for some time, and I am looking forward to working with him over the next couple of years as we work to support all of our Members in the UK foundry industry.

“Steve will take over from Adam Vicary as Chair of CMF Council at the AGM in November. The two-year rotation helps us to ensure that the various sectors within the industry are properly represented.”
