ICD are the latest company to become a Supplier Member of The Cast Metals Federation. Experts in the procurement, processing and supply of a wide range of specialised metals and alloys, the company supplies it customers from a wide variety of industrial sectors including the aerospace, medical, petrochemical, automotive, electronics and industrial gas turbine industries.
“We are delighted to welcome ICD into Membership of the Federation” said Pam Murrell, CMF CEO. “Their team are very experienced in near-net shape manufacture, rapid manufacture and the efficient use of metals and alloys, and our members will be able to tap into this expertise from ICD during our regular members meetings.
Mathew Marsh, Director, specialist in additive manufacturing and casting agreed. “With our extensive global supply chain, we can support the UK castings and foundry industry with a wide range of superalloys, pure alloys, and minor metals along with revert and processing capabilities. We can also supply metal powders for additive manufacturing, as well as offer services such as 3D printing, 5 axis machining & milling and complex cannister manufacture for powder metal HIP applications. We are looking forward to actively engaging with CMF and supporting our fellow Members from the castings industry.”
