29 Mar Keeping employees safe – and supporting mental health.

CMF is issuing regular updates to our Members using our normal communication channels.

It is possible that the UK government may introduce further restrictions on movements due the current Covid-19 pandemic – ie a greater lockdown.

For companies who are in essential supply chains, we have sent out some guidance for Employers to help them prepare in the event that a greater lockdown is imposed.  We have also shared some suggestions for how to keep employees safe from exposure to Covid-19, based on the advice from the UK Government and some good practice ideas from Members.

The CMF has compiled a list of resources which can be used to support the mental health & well-being of employees – this is available in the Member’s area of our website or through our office.
