Established in 1958, MJ Allen Castings and Machining Ltd are part of a family owned Group of Companies with an extensive in-house CNC machine shop with its own, on site, Aluminium, Bronze, and Iron alloy Foundries.
We specialise in sand castings and precision machining. We cast to 3000kg in Grey and SG, 220kg in SG-LT, ADI and special Iron alloys, to 1000kg in Aluminium, 500kg in Copper base alloys and Aluminium gravity die castings to 50kg.
We CNC machine up to 3.1m (X-axis), 1.8m (Y-axis), 1.6m (Z-axis) with full, temperature controlled, CMM inspection.
Fully equipped for NDT (x-ray, spectrometer, tensile, die pen, ultrasonic, endoscopic, pressure test facilities all in-house) with on site heat treatment, finishing and assembly. We are a complete “one stop shop” for high integrity cast, fabricated and machined components.
