Kemlows is a privately owned High Pressure Aluminium and Zinc Diecastor, capable of producing accurate highly repeatable castings from 10gr to 12kg shot weight.
Offering Aluminium Diecasting locking forces from 125 to 840 tonne and Zinc Diecasting from 25 to 125 tonne locking force.
Kemlows have a well-equipped on-site CNC machining facility, along with offering comprehensive assembly and finishing plant.
In addition there is a fully equipped toolroom for tool maintenance and Kemlows can also assist in managing a variety of specialist sub contract finishers.
Kemlows are accredited to BS EN ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 with a strong emphasis on quality highlighted by in-house CMM measurement, Flow Simulation, Spectrometry and X-Ray capabilities.
